This sunflower seeds roasting machine is mainly used for roasting sunflower seeds,can also to roast pumpkin seeds,peanuts,almonds,cashew nut,cocoa beans and other nuts. Continuous Nut Roaster fits for low temperature drying and high temperature baking pignut and other seed products, heat supply is divided into LNG and steam type.
This continuous roasting machine can be designed according to the customer's site the equipment is a strong hot air circulation, high heat utilization, good baking. The heating element adopts multi branch electric heating tube arranged in the furnace with intranet on both sides of the mesh belt workpiece evenly, direct heating for dry, fast heating, good effect of heat. The wind stirring machine is installed in the top of the room body, hot air to the mixing, to further improve the heating uniformity of workpiece conveying. The system is mainly composed of a sprocket, mesh belt tensioner and a driving motor, directly fixed on the skeleton. We also have drum type roasting machine.
